Phone them, as the price varies depending on the time you want to go and the day of the week you want to go
.You can discuss package deals - eg, will you want any food/drinks? How many players do you want on a lane? - ask how many players they allow on a lane. Usually, the more people you take, the cheaper it is per person. You can always do a bit of bartering for more than twelve players.

You should call and book a birthday party. Two games for 20 people would be pretty expensive.
