Difference = 2/3(x+1)-2/3x= 2/3

consider a term numbers t, t+1 & corresponding number in paterrn as p & q

=>p=(2/3)t + 11
=>q=(2/3)(t+1) + 11

=>q-p=(2/3)(t+1) + 11 - (2/3)t - 11=2/3

Your question could mean y = (2/3)x + 11 or 2/(3x) + 11 or
2/(3x + 11). All of these would give different answers.
