You can't get it here. Subsidy codes are not universal. It's different for EVERY phone. You'll have to call O2 to get the phone unlocked or take it to a place that can unlock it.

It means the phone is networked locked to t-mobile. You need to take it down to your local independent mobile shop to get it unlocked. Or if you have a market hall theres sure to be a stall that does unlocking, it should cost between £5-10. You could try ebay, they have unlock codes for about £5. Good luck.

you phone is Sim locked to the o2 network it was originally intended to be used on - the only way to get around this is for the phone to be "unlocked"

Try - www.kingmobilephone.com

They will be able to unlock it and remove the O2 network branding - they are one of the cheapest and most reliable unlockers around
