I paid £7 for a rc bodyshell on ebay in febuary and i still haven't got it. whats worse the members now unregistered. I sent with bankers draft any way of getting the money back?

hate to be the bearer of bad news but you are most likely SOL.
if by chance you can prove who cashed it, you might be able to file with their local authorities, but i would not hold out much hope.
sorry you got scammed.
