I think it's not the constitution that went wrong... the main problems are those dirty politicians with a big C for corrupt. If there's a need to change for the Phils. constitution then I just hope it is for the good of all the Filipinos.

YES. Partly there is. I am in favor of Cha-Cha because once they do it, or change our present constitution the local work would be given focus. Bu but..
BUT most importantly it's the people running the gov't or the people soon-to-run it need a big BIG change first.
No matter what constitution where are into if the CORRUPTION stays, we'll be.... need I stress the sad obvious ? oh, god-knows-what.

in order to meet the changes and the demands of the filipino people nowadays- yes.
but if you mean,charter change or consitutional change- forget it. these changes are being insitituted by politicians with vested interests.so better stick with the old and do some revisions rather than to be giving in to these people.
