So far I have seen Bettas act agressive to anything in the tank or just ignore the ther fish. When itroduceing a betta to a tank have an extra tank ready to move the betta to in case its attacked by fish in the tank or tries to kill the other fish.
Barbs and Gouramis are not good to keep with bettas and the results of trying will be tragic.

none of those really.
especially not the dwarf gourami.
Harlequin Rasboras - can be peaceful, but like to swim in schools, they may work, but swimming in the bettas area of the tank may freak him a bit
Platy - colourful, may be perceived as another betta and attacked
Molly - can be ok, but prefer saltier water than a betta, and need a 15 gallon tank or more really, you haven't said what size tank you have, any babies they have will get eaten by the betta as well as the mollys, may nip, not sure though
Cherry Barbs - can nip
Neon Tetra - can nip
Dwarf Gourami - will get into a fight with the betta, distant relations, occupy the same area of the tank. aggressive and nippy.
for fish to keep with a betta, the tank must be no smaller than 10 US gallons, and must be passive, not colourful, preferrably bottom-dweller. So fish like Otocinclus, Corys, Dwarf Corys, Small Loaches (chain, khuli).

Although bettas prefer to be in a tank all to themselves, you can put them in with other fish. Make sure that your fish are "community" fish. Also, some of the fish on your list have been known to nibble at the tail of the betta. I personally found that the mollies will nip at the betta's tail. I had to take my betta out of the tank because of them.

As already mentioned, all of those fish could have one problem or another with the betta. I think corys make great tankmates for bettas as they stay primarily on the bottom and are very peaceful. They should get along great together.

I have had bettas in large community tanks with most of these species and never had a problem. Of course, my tank is a 55.
Bettas only attack other Bettas, and anything that nips their fins might be a problem, but my Bettas have never let something like a barb get close enough to bite.

Some of the fish on your list are known fin nippers and some will take any opportunity to go after a betta's long enticing fins. Usually it best to keep them with livebearers like guppies, mollies, and platy's. But keep an eye on the betta when you introduce it to the tank.

I would say white clouds, shrimp, and/or snails. Your betta would attack the rasboras, platy, and the neon tetra. The molly, cherry barbs, and dwarf gourami are too aggressive for your betta.
