Of course.
You smell something nice you approach it.
You smell something bad, you'll know there's something fishy about it.
Don't tell me your gonna eat rotten sandwich because you don't trust the stinky rotten smell you nose tells you.
That's why we have the 5 senses as our instincts. So far i trust my ears the most. I can tell if someone is turning the tv on even if its mute.

I used to, but then my ears told me they overheard my mouth saying nasty things about me to my nose, and now I just don't know anymore. My eyes are definitely looking down on it for some reason, so maybe, my nose is not all it's cracked up to be.
