Because, (thats about how to answer this question) If people want to put any effort into answering questions then the questions should atleast have as much information as possable.
MAME is an emulator and has many versions out, your computer is running what OS? the problem you are having is WHAT?? Do you have roms? what file name are they whaere did you put them did you keep them zipped?Did you audit the roms, where did you get them from? There are it looks like about 40 different roms for Street fighter from the original to Street fighter the movie and in 4 languages. I have a vast welth of knowlage of MAME and help many people with problems but Im getting tired of questions not worthy of answers.
PS: all roms are copies
PEOPLE PLEASE TAKE THE TIME AND ASK QUESTIONS THAT EVERYONE CAN UNDERSTAND AND EXPECT A WELL INFORMED ANSWER.

Try this site http://www.rom-world.com/ they have a bunch of roms.. or maybe the problem is the emulator, try downloading another.
