my cousin broke or fractured her wrist i dont know which one. I already asked this question but i want to rephrase it. We where playing on the trampoline. She kicked my brother and then my brother pinned her down. He used his knee to keep one hand down. Then i guess he put all his weight on her wrist and it broken or was fractured. Do you think it is possible for a 5'11 200lb. boy to break a 5'9 150lb. girls wrist that way?

It really does not take much to Fracture a bone if it is in a bind (Hard to explain). I will tell my story. I was trimming a tree and a limb fell to the ground and kicked back into my leg. I went to the ground. It really did not hit me that hard. The Doctor was surprised as there was not a scratch on my leg. He determined that the way I was standing put enough twist on the bone that a simple hit broke it. Hope you understand what I try to say. In fighting to break a collar bone is easy. Just hitting it will be hard but possible. BUT, if the head is moved in a way to put a bind on the bone. A easy hit will break the collar bone.
If, the bone is broke she would know it, as, it be very painful to move, if it move at all. If, the bone is cracked but not totally broke, any movement will hurt. There should be some swelling.

Yes, it is possible. Stress of any kind on the wrist bones can cause a fracture. The bones in the wrist are pretty fragile compared to the other bones in your body.

I feel your brother definately broke your cousins wrist. It doesn't take much to break your wrist. I fell years ago the wrong way and broke mine and I knew when I had broke it, I was in so much pain that I was holding my wrist until I got help. Make sure she gets it taken care by a doctor.

1- yes it is possible, but woulda been more likely that she hit it on the side of the trampoline or something.

2- a fracture is the same thing as a broken bone.
