Hey! I work at Abercrombie & Fitch. Just got a job there two weeks ago. I was hired for part-time impact and worked part-time impact for one week then switched to overnight cause I couldnt work the day shifts. The discount you get as an employee is 30%, however you cannot use it on anything that goes on clearance, and you can only use the discount at the store you work at. The interview will be a group interview. Here are some of the questions that I remembered being asked:

Describe yourself in three words? They might ask you to give an example on one of the three words you used to describe yourself.

Whats your definition of diversity? Is diversity important in a workplace? and why?

They will also give you a few scenario questions as well. I can't remember what they were, but be prepared to have a couple of sentences in mind if the interviewer asks you to go first.

Most importantly; stand out in your answers and be outgoing!
And definitely wear some Abercrombie to the interview!

They will ask you about working evenings and weekends. You will likely get a some type of Manager title and a salary. That way, you will work a ton of hours for the same pay. You won't be hourly. Ask if the job is salary or hourly. If they tell you salary.....run the other way!

They will be looking for a person that will be willing to work a ton of hours and not complain. This same person would be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. After all, somebody has to do it.

I'm not an Abercrombie & Fitch Employee but I know the answer. A good idea is to never work at a Mall. Hours and pay are both crummy. You don't want to get stuck there with some phony title and salary either. You can do better. Forget about that clothing discount, too. They run really good sales all the time. Good luck on the job hunt.
