They didn't ask me any questions. I walked into the store just wanting to shop and they asked me if I wanted to work there and asked me to fill out an application. I think they mainly look at your style and looks I never even had an interview. They just told me they liked my style and they need someone like me to work there. There are a few different positions one is a model which just works out in the store like everyone you see when you walk in. There there is impact team members who work in the back of the stock room that you never see.
