Normally they ask a range of questions. My friend and I both work at A & F, but were asked different questions. I pretty much got questions about (How old are you, are you a team player, does the customer come first, why should you work here, can you you strike up a conversion with anyone?) Also, about when you can work and salory.
They mainly go for outgoing people who "will not lie or not do everything for a customer" Basically, I applied to Buckle as well and got ALL the same questions. Just play up your personality.
The only postions I know are sales, register, full time stock, model, manager-in-training, visual manager, and manager, but then again all I wanted was sales.
