The rabbits gestation is 31 days. You need to provide a quiet, undisturbed place for her to kindle (give birth). Usually a box full of hay or straw is good. Leave her be until she is done. She will pull her own fur to line the nest and keep the babies warm.
You can check the nest for dead/deformed babies (no, she will not abandon the babies if you touch them!). She will feed them twice a day, and ignore them the rest of the time. She will not sit on them (like a bird) to keep them warm.
They need to stay with her for 6 weeks. They will open their eyes at 10-12 days of age and will start eating solid food at 18-20 days. If your rabbit is on a pelleted diet, mix in some oatmeal (dry oats) for the babies. Do not give the babies ANY fresh fruits or veges until they are 12 weeks. It will upset their delicate digestion and could kill them.
Seperate the babies at 6 weeks and find them good homes. Then get your doe spayed.

Well first u need 2 slow down and stop panicing, when she has babies, the mama rabbit will pull out her hair, not unusual, and make a warm place 4 the babies 2 be born, well, she will have 2 nurse them of curse, but about 3 or 5 after they are born,u can start handling them and getting them tame, and if u do that,u can sell, them at easter, thats what we do,hope i helped, Au Revoir!!
