Hypnosis, is great but be very careful about what hypnotist you go too. I would suggest asking how long they train. A weekend certification course is not enough. They must be able to process an emotional regression. The best hypnotist have had at least 450 hours training using hypnosis with different modalities such as Core Transformation, NLP, Focusing, Gestalt therapy, Transforming Therapy, etc. These are all known methods used with hypnosis to carefully access the subconscious mind. A good hypnotist is also teaching you self hypnosis so that you are not forming any dependency. Check out Gil Boyne he is one of the best and last of the master hypnotist. He studied with Fritz Perls and his methods are very successful.

you must communicate w/ the universe via your fully centered presence, or personality. the barriers b/w body, mind, and soul can disintegrate when the proper alignment is established. the soul is most easily identified as the characteristic of your existence, and there are 9 ranging the totality of field dynamics. you might want to look through uri geller's Life Signs book in barnes and noble for ones that are difficult to articulate and comprehend on the spectrum. people on the ends or in the middle of the spectrum obviously have an easier job understanding how their mind might work, yet it is imperative in terms of spiritual growth that a working exercise of the mind or meditation be accurately established, as use of the 7 chakras varies in experience based on the syncronizational global electrical patterns of the body/brain. your subconscious is essentially your body, and is a symbol of a person's neediness. your level can therefore reflect your mortality, or unity w/ the infinity of the universe.

You can't tell. People may access the subconscious without any mental dsorder. If you think you have telekinesis, then just sit and meditate everyday for atleast 5 minutes. It can be more & don't see the clock then. When you feel, you've had enough, then don't for the day.
You can also take the help of a pendulum but it isn't very effective especially when you do it yourself. It leads 33.33% of the people to mental asylum. God knows...you have more chances in the 66.67%'s. Do it but with thehelp of someone.

Rather than accessing the subconscious mind, making a psychological distance or a mental space is an effective way to activate or train that incredible power. and could be achieved when you start something from its end. or recognizing the distance between two objects.

*CONSCIOUS:
The conscious part of the mind includes mental activity that we are aware of-- immediate perceptions from the senses and activated mental process such as memory, emotion, imagery, reasoning, creativity, decision making, learning, and thought. Conscious observation of the external physical world includes discerning publicly verifiable qualitative and quantitative information, categorical knowledge and rules of society, and events near and far, first hand or otherwise. conscious observation of the internal world includes comprehending information from the senses (hunger, pain, body position), deductive reasoning, logical induction, inference, problem solving, reflection on past experience and emotion.
*SUBCONSCIOUS:
The subconscious consists of cognitive information that both the unconscious and conscious have access to, but of which we are intermittently aware. The conscious operates selectively in monitoring the environment, only registering as much information as it can manage directly; therefore many perceptions that go unnoticed by the conscious are retained in the subconscious. Learned responses are also stored in the subconscious, making it unnecessary for the conscious mind to deliberate on such automatic action as walking, avoiding sudden danger, or riding a bicycle. Unconscious mental processes and contents are blocked from direct conscious access. Rather than experiencing them directly through introspection, we can learn about them only through inference or indirect methods.
*UNCONSCIOUS:
The unconscious contains the neurophysiological processes that keep the physical body alive and healthy under ideal conditions, or those that cause disease and death through psychosomatic illnesses under adverse conditions. The unconscious creates, maintains, and controls the brain, nervous system, and nerve impulses, and mediates between the organic mental apparatus and mental activity. The unconscious mind codes thoughts, messages, and responses in biophysiological pathways which scientists are just beginning to understand.
*SUPERCONSCIOUS (aka Christ consciousness and the dharma - body or God Body):
The term superconscious is used to refer to the part of the mind involved in ESP, which includes telepathy, clairvoyance, clairaudience, precognition, retrocognition, and psychometry.

You heard you could get esp and telekinesis - then how come nobody else ever has in the history of humanity? You might as well say you can fly if you access your subconscious.
Grow up.
