Well theres this guy at work that everyone says likes me and wants to ask me out but he hasn't. I like him and i've had a crush on him ever since i saw him. why hasn't he asked me out already??????

He's either too shy or just not that interested. If you've had a crush on him since you SAW him, its just a physical attraction. My advise is to move on. You can do better.

why dont you ask him out? just to a movie or something. maybe that would break the ice, and if he says no then he never has to know you have a crush on him. just ask him in a friend sort of way. good luck in whatever you decide to do.
