If her boyfriend is a friend of yours i would back off. You wouldn't want to loose a friend over a girl.....even tho im a girl lol.......if hes not then back off i have that same problem i told this kid stuff i don't tell my own boyfriend thats because i can talk to him nd he understands my boyfriend is.....idk lol but i rele like him.............. you should listen and maybe over a course of time she'll think that if she can talk to you and not her own boyfriend, then thats stupid and she should just dump him and go out with you.....if your scared of her boyfriend then i would stand up to him but don't tell anyone wut she says to youu.......hope it helpsss

Become a friend. Girls need good friends as much as boys. No reason why you can't be a friend first. Maybe later she'll begin to have different thoughts about your relationship.
