Midnight turning Monday or midnight turning Sunday? Where are you. It's 14.47 here and I'm in Holland.
edit: Well in that case, you might want to watch some channel with commercials. It usually helps me get sleepy. Or you can just forget you have to get up in six hours and stay with us on yahoo. I usually still function quite well on three and a half or four hours of sleep.

try a warm bathe or tub. something that lets you loosen up. Bedtime ought to consistently be a ordinary that we could your physique be attentive to its time to wind down and sleep. boost a bedtime ritual and carry on with it each and every evening. never smoke, drink alcohol/caffine, consume or workout merely till now mattress. All of those issues stimulate your physique and make slumbering puzzling. try reducing the temperature on your room some tiers and upload one greater blanket on your mattress. whilst this wont placed you to sleep, this is going to help save you asleep at evening. sturdy success while you're rather at a loss, i would be up all evening (working) so we are in a position to replace emails til you get sleepy in case you like.

Got melatonin? It is natural (amino acid?) and it will help you sleep. If not, try Tylenol or aspirin or ibuprofen. Something to relax you but not give you a hangover or make you feel like a zombie in the morning. Good luck.
