It is obvious. Actually if you watch American Idol, you can pick up on those things. Sometimes, depending on the level of a singer you are, you can cover it up with vibrato, and no one would really know.

No all the time but keep this in mind they say that most people dread speaking in public more than death. So you are not alone and everyone listening is understanding when you might "shake" alittle.

Yes they can. But they try not to notice. Unless ofcourse the audience is composed of insensitive idiots.

it depends if its loud into the mike then yes but if its real quit and a big crowd probably not
