What will remove corrosion off of Iron or Aluminium parts? Besides acids and hard chemicals.?

look into some precious metal cleaners. A little elbow grease and polish it out.

If they are small enough to put in a pan try soaking them in Coke. Sounds dumb but it works on the cast iron stuff.
