You might as well take on building a new system then! At the very minimum, you would need a new mobo, processor, and probably compatible ram. I doubt whether it would fit a case that old also. Next would be a power supply if your mobo is that old. If you have some technical wits about you, you dont need to be a brain surgeon to do this. If you buy a mobo from a reputable company like ASUS, they provide you with a step by step manual. If you do try this, read the manual explicitly and follow it from front to back! You get the first one done, you will be well on your way to being a pro! Good Luck!

You can't. Best you can do is install one of the free Linux operating systems such as Xubuntu, Puppy Linux or damn Small Linux.
