I say a dog. They're lovable, sweet, easy to train, you can bring them with you places, plus they're totally loyal. I mean parrots are cool and all, but I'm definitely a dog fan. It really depends on what kind of pet you're looking for. If you're an active person that like runs or something, get a dog. If you're more of a stay at home person get a parrot. But if you're never home I wouldn't suggest a pet.

I'd choose a dog over a parrot. Parrots are normally a "one person" pet. They will bite anyone else that trys to get friendly with them. They are also very "dirty" pets. You will have seed hulls all over the area around their cage. This will invite other pests such as mice to feed around their cage.

That depends what you want to hear. You could hear the parrott talk and say thinks or you could hear yourself yelling and screaming "Lay down. Sit. Shut up. Lay down. Sit. Lay down. Sit. Shut up. Lay down." Like the rest of the stupid
fool dog owners. Im sure you have heard it before. All dog owners do it. And everyone has to listen to it. Dog owners say the same thing to their wives too. "Lay down. Shut up."

well a dog cause you can take it almost everywhere but a parrot would be good to talk to but I would definitely take the dog!

other than colorful feathers, it can be a nuisance. Birds should be set free
