Yup, someone egged the vehicle while I slept. What do I use to removed the frozen to the paint gloopy mess?

Boil some water in a tea kettle or pan and use that and a soft brush.

Get it off before it stains the paint. You might try a do it yourself car wash and if that doesn't work, try waxing the car with a cleaner wax.

If the Sun hits the egg. your pretty much screwed. The quicker you get it off your car the better.

My only thought that comes to mind is to wash it, but that's so damn evil for them to do something like that.

a spatula---then you will have paint damage-- and ya know what that means, yup----new paint job---SORRY!!!!
