Yes. In the summer of 1997 I owned a lovely Tudor made of Gouda cheese. Never own a cheese house in the summer.

I manage Cheese Realty in Gouda, Switzerland. I have a great old church for sale, so if anyone's in the market for a Swiss House-this one is really 'wholey'.

Yes, I tried many varieties and discovered that Edam is the best for carving a house of cheese!

Wouldn't it be great, all the mice would come over for breakfast, lunch and tea and for snacks and it would all be of cheese.
Make them out of tasty cheese slices and use toothpicks to hold the walls and roof and doors and windows in place.
