I think few problems are here:
1. Child Protection act so police cannot really tackle the problem of teens gangs
2. Parents are working long hours and completely lost any hold of their kids
3. Another part of parents are doing nothing to stop bad behaviour of their own children and society has to put on with that.
4. No affordable activities for teens where they can do something more useful apart from becoming hoody monsters

Because people/teenagers need to get out of the rut that they are in and start taking responsiblity for there own actions and not hiding behind being a member of a gang. Gangs are stupid. Would love to say that to the little shits that hang out in their hoodies in groups and intimidate people. Get some direction in life and stop following what you see others around you doing.

Ask that donkey Blair, he introduced the soft touch approach to parenting and its back fired. I was brought up with a good belt on the back of the legs, in the long run it never hurt me and taught me respect and neither do i hold it against my parents in fact i thank them.

They live in their own world. Killing whoever they find they are unhappy with. Nobody seems to care about them... And they submit themselves to gang fights etc to run away from life...
