Hello there, there is a very easy answer to your question. Firstly, your subconscious is you conscience. When you feel that you are accessing below conscious level. Daily we are caught up in lots of things, our jobs, our desires, our wants and plans etc. You know. We revel in that and our minds are not in tune with our subconscious. But when we are quiet and alone with our thoughts thats when our true feelings about things come around us. Sometimes before sleeping for example. Lets say that he spirit in you feels and the soul too. Your knowing right from wrong or wanting to do better. But during the day we are not in that state very much. This takes training and work. You can raise your consciousness by working more in your aura cleansing. Thats another topic.
Good luck and getting to know your subconscious mind.
God bless you, Dale

Your subconscious mind dose not have the ability to argue or dispute what is told. If you give it wrong information, it will accept it as truth. It will then work to make that information correct. It will bring you suggestion, even those that were false, to pass as conditions, experience, and events.
Whether you are awake or sleep, the ceaseless, tireless action of your subconscious mind controls all the vital functions of your body without any need for your conscious mind to intervene. While you are asleep, your heart continues to beeat rhythmically.is one of such.
Begin now to take care of your conscious mind, knowing in your heart and soul that your subconscious mind is always expressing, reproducing, and manifesting according to your habitual thinking. It is done unto you as you belive.
There are a few techniques such as Vizualization tech, mental movie method, the baudoin tech, the sleeping tech, affirmative method,.....and be divine in nature.
A book by Joseph Murphy ..' The power of your Subconscious Mind' is worth reading.

There is something called lucid dreaming,
first you need to lay down in bed and drink watered down orange juice, it stimulates the mind and digestive system, while thinking of what you want to dream about. If you fall asleep then you will have a dream where you can basicly tell it's a dream and you will be aware of your subconcious and it's limits.
easy enough
however, it cannot be done unless you believe it can be done. just like hypnosis, if you dont believe it can be done then it will not work for you.
good luck.

I personally think that by being able to keep a journal of your dreams and analyzing them. I strongly believe that your subconscious reveals itself through your dreams. By the way you are the best interpret of your dreams by keeping in mind the following:
What was the key element/situation/or detail in my dream?
How did I feel about it?
Could this dream be meaningful or is an ordinary dream?
An encyclopedia of dreams will guide you as far as basic meanings but the real meaning you know within yourself.

I think that the subconscious is at work any time without our knowledge. Perhaps you are linked to it every second, so just look deep inside your mind for what makes you act in a certain way, your deepest fears, sorrows and reasons=your subconscious...

* Sleep: in the form of dreaming. (Try drinking Apple juice before going to bed - instead of milk - and you're most likely going to get some really interesting dreams).
* Hypnotism: (ONLY to be done by a professional, also has a chance of being inaccurate).
* Meditation: A lot of practise required, but often thought to be successful. Also requires a lot of time, knowledge, paitence - and respect. E.g: Yoga, Martial Arts...etc
* Trance: Similar to hypnotism, but can be done by self. Requires a lot of practise, paitence and control of mind. If you learn Self-hypnosis, putting yourself in a trance is simple.

Your life is the manifestation of your sub-concsious mind. If you observe your life or anybody elses as far as that goes, you will be seeing the manifestation of the sub-conscious mind. You don't have to access it ,it is always on display.

By doing more of concentrating or not concentrating.
