What gives Singapore such....?

An over-representation of dorks? You're country is definitely not renowned for anything associated with cool- how to de-dorkify? Suggestions?

I wasn't aware that Singapore was a repository for general dorkiness. Perhaps they don't drink enough or engage in a sufficient amount of playful political banter with serious undertones.
