This notion of regular aqueducts on Mars comes from the astronomer Schiaparelli, from 19th century, when telescopes were not too strong.
Now thanks to probes and spacecrafts we can see Mars as if we were photographing Earth from satellites, and there are no signs of artificial aqueducts. Just fault lines due to martian earthquakes or maybe ancient water ways.

The astronomer Percival Lowell (beginning 20th century) was also a believer on martian canals:

But nowadays astronomers do not believe in such idea.

there is no evidence yet that there was ever life on Mars, but the search is not over.
There are no regular or artificial water works on Mars, except in old Sci.Fi stories.

There are no life on Mars, not in the past, current and the future. According to all religous books, only the Earth were mentioned to have life. Please read the Bible and the Quran.

Oh there were Martians but they weren't very sagacious. Kind of dumb and foolish really.
