I really love the killers, and i love the song mr. brightside.
I'm a little confused about the lyrics tho. is he talking about a girl he loves being w/ another boy?

Mr. brightside is about a guy who knows his girl is cheating and can see everything or imagine it and regardless of the fact that his girl is cheating on him with another guy he can look on the brightside of things

the boy used to date or "was friendly" with this girl, now she has gone off like a tramp with some other guy, but he's looking on the brightside of all this, realizing he could've been dating or married to a tramp like her...
