Without using cheats, there is no way to get Porygon2 wothout trading. You need to trade it whlie being sure that it is holding the Up-grade item. This is how to evolve Porygon. If you can't trade, you need to use cheats. Check the links the person above me supplied.

cheat codes, and since you're running it emulated on your pc, check to see if your emulator accepts, gameshark or game genie codes, then go to the link here and look up what codes to use to catch your pokemon:

imho, there's no other way, xcept thn to trade the porygon with the item UPGRADE attached to it

u cant, u have to get the updrade in the lavender radio station but i have no clue how u would get it on ur somputer
