i need to do an experiment
i tried to make a volcano with coke and mentos
i bought 1.5 coke
and mentos
and put all of them at the same time into the coke
but it didnt work there was no eroption
what to do
please help :(

You're supposed to use diet coke.

no all the mentos are the same no matter which country they are purchased in, they are still the same company that make them. I live in the u.k and did this. it didn't work at first but I gave the coke with the mento in a little shake then it worked. make sure you use the mint mento's and its got to be diet coke! use it when it's first opened!

Use a 2 liter bottle of diet coke and you have to punch holes in the sides of the bottle near the top.

It is Diet Coke...something in the sweetner causes the reaction...per Mythbusters.

diet soda, also the mentos may have a coating (need to be mint mentos)
