1):NEWTON'S THIRD LAW:
All forces in the universe occur in equal but oppositely directed pairs. There are no isolated forces; for every external force that acts on an object there is a force of equal magnitude but opposite direction which acts back on the object which exerted that external force. In the case of internal forces, a force on one part of a system will be countered by a reaction force on another part of the system so that an isolated system cannot by any means exert a net force on the system as a whole.
Without specifying the nature or origin of the forces on the two masses, Newton's 3rd law states that if they arise from the two masses themselves, they must be equal in magnitude but opposite in direction so that no net force arises from purely internal forces.

2)NEWTON'S THIRD LAW:
it is one of the fundamental symmetry principles of the universe. Since we have no examples of it being violated in nature, it is a useful tool for analyzing situations with are somewhat counter-intuitive. For example, when a small truck collides head-on with a large truck, your intuition might tell you that the force on the small truck is larger.

Third law? Do you mean the law that states that every action implies a reaction of equal intensity?

Were it the case, it is an universal law, valid in any kind of conditions. In fact the three laws of Newton form the basis of the mechanics and are valid for the rest of the physical phenomena too.

Newton's Third Law of Motion states that "Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.The two forces act on two different bodies."
It's in fact an UNIVERSAL LAW and not simply a proposition or theory. It's applicable to every object placed anywhere, whether it be vacuum,space,water ....ANYWHERE.

of course it is applicable to all objects under all conditions except when the speeds with which they are movin are comparable to the speed of light...at these temps the wt of the body tends towards infinity...therefore even its momentum tends towards infinity...therefore things like friction dont apply .... on the other hand bodies moving in a material medium at a low speed will obey newtons laws cuz here we are talkin about the friction that is cauzed due to the medium... and all the medium is doing is providing an equal and opposite force against any body moving in it

It's valid for a variety of objects with sufficient mass/size at slow speeds. It does not necessarily apply to a Neutrino nor does it necessarly work the same in great speeds or relatavistic space. Only nominal space. We are not yet sure what speed threshold his, but it's fair to assume that objects apporaching light speed may behave differently.

i dont think so that it is possible in several conditions because reaction may be differnt with the same action or the action may altered uneffectively
eg a batsmann hit ball with force 10N resulted in 80m six but same ball is hitted with perfect timimg with force 8N resulted in 100m six
I think so that newton third law is not valid for all conditions

Yeah, I guess so. I mean even underwater, if a ship is pushing against the ocean floor, then the ocean floor is pushing back, too.

No your get at the same time isn't incorrect for Newton's 0.33 regulation of action. there is one action in contact: ball hitting the wall, and one reaction: wall causing the ball to bop back. The reaction is in incorrect way of action. as well to the action stress and the reaction stress are co-linear, it truly is, horizontal (assuming the wall is vertical).
