are powerball any good for strengthining wrists and arms.i damaged both arms and want to regain some strength, without using weights.

are powerballs (gyroscopes any good, i injured both arms and wish to get strength back without using weights.will powerball be adequate.

Ooooh, I've thought about investing in one. I never thought of the after-effects. I hope there are not any. It seems like a safe gadget and effective.
