Would this be the same Massachsetts where drunk-driving politicians get away with murder?

I think you're wrong. Mass. much like NY is a state run by Secular Progressives. Simple possession of marijuana in NY isn't even a crime, it's a violation akin to getting a traffic ticket. Child rape is a Class B Felony that can get you a whole lot of hard time in a maximum security prison.

Because our legal system has become so overloaded with incompetent, uncaring, worthless judges and lawyers that right and wrong no longer has any meaning. Ask a judge if something is right or wrong and the odds are the only answer you will get is a law quote. This quote may have been written by the judge in question. I firmly believe that every judge and politician should be fired and decent people that dont even want the job should be appointed.

Because are laws are screwed up.

Just like the drunk driving laws.

You can kill someone while drunk driving and get only a 7-10 years and only serve 2.

Look at all those priest that molested children they didn't even go to jail.

Who cares about the statute of limitations in a case like this. Child rapest should get their you know what cut off and spend the rest of their lives in jail.

No, on account that might fly directly interior the face of an independent and honest justice equipment. The justice equipment makes a decision who has committed against the regulation and what the penalty would desire to be. I don't know why it like that. But here in Michigan it the same way child molester get no jail time no find and very little probation. But get caught with one gram of marijuana here and you will do 15 mouths in the county jail. 2600.00 doller fine and 5 years probation. It like the state wants child molester to come here and live. But if you smoke pot they want to gave you the death penalty. If I knew why this was or how to fix it I would. Maybe the lawmaker are child molester themself.

The max law and what is common are two different things.

I'm certain child rape will guarantee you a home with bars and pot will get you a slap on the wrist the first time... even in Massachusetts.

Hey that's where Kerry & Kennedy are from.

I'm not sure about America, but law is messed up. For murder in England you get basically nothing, it sucks, and yet in London gangs are killing others like everyday. If you get life, it is not life it's 14 years. If you're good, you leave in 7. It's messed up, rules should change.

I don't think you are correct on this one at all. According to Massachusetts code, you can be sentenced to LIFE for the rape of the child. Do your research.
