Cavemen decided to join in. They were not allowed to have automobile insurance, until one agency thought they needed to protect their assets. A group of cavemen went to the congress demanding action against the insurance company. In the years that followed Australopithecus afarensis, the lawyer discussed with the Nearthertal Man, what kind of publicity would be acceptable. It was not until April 2006 that judge Homo erectus ordered to the insurance company to pay 2,000,000 for emotional damages to the image of cavemen, and 300,000 for discrimination issues.
Still today, no caveman has seen any dollar coming from their civil class action complaint, because several Cromagnon men, falsified their rudimentary signature.

Perhaps the Caveman and the Vikings from Capital One should get together and sue the advertisers for defamation of character.
