I think Torchic is found in Joyous Tower, one of the later Dungeons. It is an entry at level 1 dungeon so be warned. Also in Joyous tower, you can find other starters and maybe even a Chansey

uh, you cant, i dont think. thats only one of begginner pokemon. if you didnt pick torchic for either starter or partner, you wont get it.
