If you are indeed pregnant and bleeding heavy you should see your Dr. Many woman have bleeding early in their pregnancy but do not have periods.

There should be no bleeding at all in pregnancy period accept when the foetus is trying to attach/implant itself onto the walls of the womb. Question do you know if your pregnant for sure or do you suspect that you could be. If you know for sure you are you need to talk to a Dr. If you think you could be take a test. But you can a few periods while your pregnant but it's rare.

Many women experience "normal" periods throughout their pregnancy. I went to high school with one such woman who was 5 months pregnant before she figured out that she was pregnant.
