W:21cm H:29.7cm
W:8.268inches H:11.693inches
pixel size depends on your image resolution
note: be careful with pixel size, know that 500x500pixel of 300ppi is different to 500x500pixel of 200ppi

You appear to be saying you want to fill a 19x27 cm space (that's approximately A4) with an image that's 1944x2592 pixels at a pixel density of 300 pixels per inch. 19x27cm is about 7.5x10.6 inches, so at 300 pixels per inch that requires a 2250x3180 pixel image. I believe you will just about get away with the image you have. It's not quite 300 pixels per inch, but it's not far short.

Pixels is the number of dots in an image. It is used with reference to a camera. You can have any type of image printed on an A4. There is no 'pixel' size of a paper.

Dimensions of your finished product depend on the resolution you choose: 72 dpi (web) = 595 X 842 pixels 300 dpi (print) = 2480 X 3508 pixels (This is "A4" as I know it, i.e. "210mm X 297mm @ 300 dpi") 600 dpi (print) = 4960 X 7016 pixels A4 is a metric standard.
