Nothing wrong with poaching salmon. Try it with a little lemon juice, garlic powder and butter.
Anyone can poach with a tight lid for the pan. Keep the heat med.-low. You don't want to boil it, just simmer it gently until it flakes apart with a fork.

Poaching as in cooking or as in taking it when you shouldnt...first one leave it to the cook if you have one and second one dont take it if you shouldnt !!

I put mine, in the pressure cooker. If you can't be arsed, leave it, to the cook. lol
