Because he has never grown up, Toadie is supposed to be a Lawyer, going into his office shows how immature his role is.
Hope he is one who leaves the show along with greasy haired

That's soaps, the good guy never does the story would be too simple.
Oh yeah and mentioning Dylan he's supposed to be a chef would you let someone with hair that nasty cook you food.

Because his character is inconsistent.
Also he *did* once get the girl. She just died is all.
