there are no individual people, just individual traits. we are all human therefore we rely on traits and appearance to give us individuality. even DNA isn't an individual thing since there are identical twins, so i would have to say fingerprints are an individual trait. there are no two alike. as far as personality traits, many people share a similar sense of humor, or taste in clothing. thats why all of our traits and personal tastes put together as a whole determine our individuality. there are no two people with the exact same tastes, since we have millions of personal preferences.

Individual:
1. Unique
2. Special
3. One-of-a-kind
4. One person
There are so many similar & different individuals now & in the past since day one of creation. Individuals make up the whole world. Individuals make up a group. Some individuals choose to be in solitary. Some individuals choose to be self-centred & think only for themselves. Some individuals are people-oriented that they put others before themselves. Definition of individuals is limitless. Because all possibilities can take place. Because all kinds of characteristics, good & bad, can be found.

Nevertheless I would like to think that an "individual" of merit
1. Can and does make his/her own decisions.
2. Doesn't allow external factors to determine what She/he will do.
3. Trusts in him/her self and others.
4. Has something to say and says it.
5. Doesn't cower to fear.
6. Does something remarkably creative.
7. Is not modest.
8. Confronts the establishment.
9. Doesn't give a damn about pejorative statements made about them.
10.Has pride.
Five of these will do.

We are all individuals.Every thing about us makes us unique. The dictionary defines individuals as single or distinct.
The way we think, dress, defines us as individuals. If everybody dressed, thought, acted the same we would not be individuals.Opinions also make us distinct
