Well i used it for 13 yrs...only 3 surprise pregnancies....I am married, so it is okay. But i am now tied up tighter that a boy scouts knot!

The best method is not putting it in.
Pull off instead of pull out. LOL

NO you still have a rather high chance of getting pregnant from pulling out. Wear a condom and/or use the pill.

both my children were concieved with the pulling out method..... but i hate using condoms and i don't like to take tablets to change my body and my hormones...... so it is best for me but definately not effective.

the pull out method is safer yes, but there is no guarantee with anything that you use.
