I fell down the stairs 3 days ago and I have started vomiting. There is a bit of blood in it. What do I do? Is it serious?

Vomiting could indicate that you have concussion or head injury. You should go to casualty at the hospital. Don't ignore it. Hope you're ok.

You might have a concussion or something serious. Just to be on the safe side I would go see a doctor.

This may possibally be VERY serious.I would go to the Emergency Room just in case because you may have some kind of punctured blood vessel that may need to be removed and or repaired.

Hope you are not able to read this straight away because it will mean you have sought medical help. Please go and let a doctor have a look at you. A few minutes spent at A&E now can put your mind at rest and could save you from being really ill.

Go to A & E let them investigate. This could be rather serious and better to ask the professionals than us I think. Good luck I do hope you are O.K.
