Where are video licenses stored on my computer?

I have a few videos that I downloaded and paid to get the license for; I'm re-loading my computer so I'm putting all my videos etc onto cd, but when I try them on another computer to check they work, an error message comes up that says I don't have the license! So I need to find the license file and back it up with the video file if possible!

Not possible, the licence is for only one computer and one computer only.
