just curious what your thoughts are whipping. would you rather be whipped on your back shirtless or go to jail? why?

Can my defense attorney be whipped on my behalf?
I'd rather have the choice of being whipped or jail.
I think I'd go for the whipping instead. That way I would be able to work and pay taxes and care for my family.
Now, whipping only for small crimes, murders and rapists should be locked up cause they are violent.

If I were given the choice, I'd choose to be whipped. I'd rather have it over and done with than have to go to jail.

Hmmm...lets see get whipped and have my back ripped up by a cat o' nine tails or go to prison and end up being a guys (whose name is Bubba) b#$%h who's going to tear my @$$**** open? Not much choice there. I think I'm just going to keep myself out of trouble so I don't have to face either.
