The factors of chemical equations are temperature of the reaction, concentration, surface area of reactants, pressure of the reaction and the presence of a catalyst. These depends on the type of reaction if it is an exothernic or endothermic reaction.

reactants ---> products

A large number in front of the chemical symbol is a "coefficient" and tells us the ratio of the reactants used or products produced.
