For you to get a new phone without paying for it, you will need to have insurance. Having insurance will most likely insure your phone and replace it, but it will cost you about $50.00 for a deductible. If you do not have insurance, then you will have to pay full price for the phone.

Depending on whether or not you have insurance determines whether or not you can get a different phone. If you do have insurance, then no you cannot. They will just give you a new LG Chocolate phone. I am sure that you can purchase a new phone but they will charge you the full price. If you do not have insurance, then you can most likely buy a new phone. The reason why people have insurance to cover their phone, not to get a new phone altogether. That is why the phone companies give you thirty days to test the phone and if you do not like it, then you could send it back (it even says that in your contract).

If it's because of the quality of construction of the phone you should take it back, if you ****** it yourself then you could take your simcard out and put it in a pre-paid mobile from the same carrier.

you'll need to buy one... get it from the same service provider as your original plan and perhaps getting Insurance on the new one.
