Go the start, programs, accessories, system tools, defragmenter, and follow the instructions. Best do it overnight. Takes a while.

Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Defragment. Select C: and then click on "Defragment" button.
It will take a lot of time to defragment, if you are doing it for the first time.

What they said. I personally use a seperate program called Perfect Disk as it provides a superior defrag and allows for an offline defrag as well.

Open My Computer and Right-click on the C: drive, and choose Properties.
Then, click on the "Tools Tab" and click on the "Defragment Now..." button in the second Pane.

You just gotta go to My Computer>Right click on the drive you want to defrag and then Properties Tools>Defrag.
