you can do that first of all only if you have an iPod video..
after your iPod is connected to the PC, you go to My Computer and open the folder,and save the game in a new folder "Games" if it isnt there...
because when i had to add stuff to my nano, i did the same thing..it workd...
but the games thing won't work with an iPod nano
