I'm trying to find out if i we can claim our money back for tickets we bought but never recieved.

Tickettout.com took our £95 (!!!!) and never sent us the tickets, but they've gone into administration!! Can we claim our money back from them?

And by the way, tickettout.com isn't an illegal website at all, its perfectly legal, they just charge rip off prices for tickets that cost peanuts. But i wanted to see my band soooo bad i didn't mind paying it.

So really it doesn't serve me right as i did nothing illegal.

Hi
I got ripped of for £145 for MCR tickets by tickettout and thought i'd lost the money however i paid by visa electron and barclays have issued a 'chargeback'. As far as i can tell if you paid with a debit card and did not receive goods your bank can claim the money back from the bank that took the money. As they are not claiming it back from the company but their bank there is every chance you will get your money. All you have to do is sign an authorisation form that the bank will send you. I found the info here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=283181&highlight=chargeback which was help for the people ripped off by farepack but the info stands for ticket tout too. Good luck! Sal

You won't get a penny. old son.

Of course, this does serve you right for purchasing tickets from an unauthorised source at well above ticket price.
