Hi, I've tried several brands of inkjet photoprinters but if all you want are excellent quality 6X4 prints then you cant beat a small dye sub photoprinter e.g. Samsung SPP-2020 or a Canon Selphy. It can print from PC or direct from a PictBridge capable camera. Paper comes in packs of 40 or 80 sheets and comes with a replacement dye film cassette. This is the same type of machine as used in Boots etc. Can be bought anywhere now for around £70.00.

You know these days when you take into account the price of ink, quality paper ( as someone said above the papaer makes all the difference) it's as cheap if not cheaper to just take the photos to the high street to get printed. Getting snapshots printed is dirt cheap now - i can get 100 6x4 for £5 cost me loads more if i tried myself
